Birthsigns

Do we include these? I'm inclined to say yes - even if the PCs aren't prophesied to kill a few gods or whatever, it's safe to say they're prophesied to do something, and the Scrolls seem very big on birthsigns as an identifying mark of predicted heroes.

The Atronach - Fortify Magicka 200%. No Magicka Regen. Absorb Magicka 50%
